Celebrating the Heritage of Schwinn

Here is a photo I took of two of my antique Schwinn bikes with my son's 2003 Schwinn S-30 21 speed all terrain bike. To the left of that is my 1959 Mk.IV Jaguar 3 speed, which I have owned since 1978. To the right is my all original 1967 Collegiate 5 speed in violet, that I got in 2007.

  1. Hello there Jim. My name is Scott Alter, I am currently fixing up a 1965 Schwinn Hollywood in the radiant blue color that you described painting your MK-1 jaguar in one of your blog posts. You described an automotive touch up spray that matched the color so well you couldn't tell the difference. My phone number is 918-852-0335 and my email is scottalter12@gmail.com, please get back to me at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
